本實(shí)用新型提出一種貯箱液路過(guò)濾器濾芯，使過(guò)濾器濾芯精度、表面質(zhì)量及抗壓能力均達(dá)到產(chǎn)品規(guī)格要求，且能夠保證過(guò)濾器濾芯質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性及焊縫質(zhì)量，包括濾芯內(nèi)環(huán)、濾芯外環(huán)和濾層，濾層為采用多層不銹鋼方孔網(wǎng)疊層后過(guò)拉伸形成的帽型濾層，濾芯內(nèi)環(huán)和濾芯外環(huán)均固套在濾層的帽沿處；在所述濾芯內(nèi)環(huán)外端面的外邊緣處設(shè)有第一環(huán)形工藝臺(tái)階，在所述濾芯外環(huán)外端面的內(nèi)邊緣處設(shè)有第二環(huán)形工藝臺(tái)階，第二環(huán)形工藝臺(tái)階的邊沿和第一環(huán)形工藝臺(tái)階的邊沿齊平；第一環(huán)形工藝臺(tái)階和第二工藝臺(tái)階對(duì)接組合形成焊接槽，濾層的帽沿邊緣穿設(shè)在焊接槽內(nèi)，在焊接槽內(nèi)通過(guò)不銹鋼焊料將濾芯外環(huán)、濾芯內(nèi)環(huán)及濾層焊接在一起。
